The Australian Men’s Shed Association aims to continually improve its services to Men’s Sheds registered with our organisation. To assist us in this task we are requesting that as many sheds as possible complete this year’s survey.
SafetyQuip has provided, through a Grants Program, funding for three men’s sheds that have demonstrated a strong commitment to their local community and are currently undertaking a meaningful community project.
BlazeAid is a volunteer-based organisation that works with families and individuals in rural Australia after natural disasters such as fires and floods. Working alongside the rural families, volunteers help to rebuild fences that have been damaged or destroyed.

The men's shed movement is taking off as men come to tinker, learn new skills or deal with complex emotional issues such as marriage breakdown.
Minister for Indigenous Health Warren Snowdon announced today that 51 more Men’s Sheds in communities across Australia will receive funding to upgrade their facilities or buy new equipment and tools.
Opens on Tuesday 11 June 2013. Round Six will be open for 6 weeks. Closes on Friday 26th July 2013.
